I am an experienced drone designer, builder, pilot and racer with a love for cameras and aerial cinematography. I have been flying a variety of my own custom-built flying craft (delta wings, airplanes, multirotors) to capture aerial footage for over 15 years, producing videos, contributing aerial footage for productions, and advancing the use of drones including for artistic and environmental purposes. I have a unique blend of skills as I am trained as a visual artist (painter) specializing in industrial design with a passion for photography and film and have been studying cameras since high school. I've been part of the pioneers of the FPV (First Person View) remote piloting which uses a camera and a video headset to navigate the remote-control craft since the mid-00's. These craft evolved into what we now call drones (which have autonomous capabilites) that have became a viable and desirable tool for aerial cinematography. I am also a single engine airplane owner and working towards my private pilots license.
